To submit a document with confidential or highly confidential information, you must comply with WAC 480-07-160 and any protective order.
The file names for all documents that are designated as confidential must end with (C). The redacted versions must end with an (R).
Cover letter should reference WAC 480-07-160 and indicate the justification/reasoning for confidential designation
when a protective ordered is issued in certain adjudications, please follow WAC 480-07-160 and WAC 480-07-420
