The file names for all documents that are designated as confidential must end with (C). The redacted versions must end with an (R).
Cover letter should reference WAC 480-07-160 and indicate the justification/reasoning for confidential designation
when a protective ordered is issued in certain adjudications, please follow WAC 480-07-160 and WAC 480-07-420
